3. PRODUCTION SERVICES TERMS

The following terms apply to all video production, consulting and creative services provided by Hyped Visuals LLC.

Project Scope All production projects begin with a signed proposal or agreement outlining the scope of work, deliverables, timeline and total investment. Work outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees.

Payment Terms A deposit of fifty percent of the total project investment is required to reserve your production date and begin pre production. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of final files. For retainer partnerships payment terms will be outlined in your retainer agreement. All payments are non refundable once production has begun.

Revisions Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as outlined in your project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed number will be billed at our standard hourly rate.

Cancellations and Kill Fees If a project is cancelled by the client after pre production has begun, the deposit is non refundable. If a project is cancelled after the shoot date, the full project investment is owed. Hyped Visuals LLC reserves the right to cancel a project at any time if the working relationship becomes untenable, in which case a prorated refund will be issued for work not yet completed.

Content Ownership and Deliverables Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives a license to use the final delivered video content for their intended commercial purposes. Hyped Visuals LLC retains the right to use any completed work in our portfolio, on our website and across our marketing channels unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to production. Raw footage remains the property of Hyped Visuals LLC and is not included in standard deliverables unless specifically agreed upon.

Third Party Licensing Any music, stock footage, fonts or other third party assets used in production will be licensed appropriately. Clients are responsible for any talent releases, location permits or additional licensing required for their specific project.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All original content, design, copy and media on this website including but not limited to the Hyped Visuals name, logo, skeleton mascot and brand identity are the intellectual property of Hyped Visuals LLC and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use of any Hyped Visuals branding or content is strictly prohibited.

5. DISCLAIMER

The materials and information on this website are provided on an as is basis. Hyped Visuals LLC makes no warranties expressed or implied and disclaims all other warranties including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non infringement of intellectual property.
