Contact Forms and Client Management

Our main project inquiry form and our Visibility Score request form both send the information you submit to HighLevel, which we use for lead and client management. Information submitted through either form is transmitted to and stored in HighLevel so we can review your request and follow up with you.

Analytics and Tracking

This site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site. GA4 collects anonymized data about pages visited, session duration, and traffic sources. This data is processed by Google and governed by Google’s privacy policy. We use this data to understand which content and pages perform well and to improve the site over time.

Embedded Video

This site shows video from two third-party providers. The video at the top of our homepage is played by Vimeo and loads automatically when the page opens. The featured films on our case study pages are played by YouTube, which is owned by Google, and load only when you press Play.

When Vimeo or YouTube content loads, your browser connects directly to that provider, which receives information such as your IP address and may set or read cookies or similar identifiers. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode for our featured films. According to Google, this mode keeps views of embedded videos from influencing your YouTube recommendations and limits ads to non-personalized ads, but it does not mean YouTube collects no information. Our portfolio page also displays thumbnail images served by YouTube, and links to films on YouTube open youtube.com in a new tab. Vimeo and YouTube handle information under their own privacy policies.

Email Communication

If you contact us by email or through a form, we may follow up with you about your inquiry. We do not send unsolicited marketing email. If you receive a message from us you did not request, you can reply to opt out and we will remove you from any follow-up communication.
